There is a wonderful, laugh-out-loud charm to the six-month mark. You are officially past the sleepy newborn haze, and suddenly you have this little person who is sitting up, full of giggles, and genuinely interacting with everything around them. Recently, I spent a beautiful, sun-drenched morning in Herne Hill capturing this delightful milestone for a mother and her gorgeous six-month-old baby girl.

While the early weeks are incredibly precious, there is so much to be said for planning a baby photoshoot at home a little further down the line. At six months, babies are absolute magic to photograph. During our session, this baby girl was full of bright, curious expressions, flashing the biggest toothless smiles every time her mum caught her eye.
